Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote E-commerce & Social Media Coordinator to manage and enhance their online presence. This fully remote role offers flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to e-commerce success and social media engagement.

You will coordinate product listings, process orders, craft engaging content, monitor channels, analyze traffic and sales data, and collaborate with teams to drive campaigns and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations.
• Proven experience in social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of online sales platforms and social media best practices.
• Proficient with social media management tools and basic analytical reporting.
• Highly organised with ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily e-commerce operations, including managing product listings, order processing, and customer inquiries.
• Develop and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms, aligning with brand voice and campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
• Assist in analyzing website traffic, sales data, and social media performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate remotely with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and operational efficiency.
• Support the execution of online marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and promotional activities.
