Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Driver Performance Analyst to monitor and improve the performance of an extensive driver network. The role focuses on collecting data on efficiency, safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction, delivering actionable insights to management and drivers alike.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for training and incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis, performance monitoring, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Collect, aggregate, and analyze data related to driver performance across metrics like delivery times, fuel efficiency, safety, and customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs for driver performance.
• Identify trends and improvement areas in driver efficiency and safety protocols.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management for training, incentives, and operational adjustments.
• Collaborate with fleet managers to implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues and propose solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting processes.
• Stay updated on best practices and technologies for driver performance monitoring.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
