Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Driver Performance Analyst to optimize driver networks across South Africa in a remote-first role. You will collect and analyze performance data from telematics, logs, and feedback systems, and translate insights into actionable improvements.

The ideal candidate has a 3+ year track record as a Data/Performance Analyst in logistics, with strong Excel, SQL, Python or R skills and experience in Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field as listed.
• 3+ years as Data Analyst/Performance Analyst in logistics or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python or R, with data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and clean driver performance data from multiple sources.
• Identify KPIs related to safety, efficiency, fuel use and on-time delivery.
• Develop dashboards to visualize trends for management.
• Provide data-backed recommendations for training and routing.
• Collaborate with operations to implement performance improvements.
• Monitor impact of strategies and adjust based on data.
