About the Role

Our client, a national logistics and delivery service provider, is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Remote Driver Performance Analyst. This fully remote position is critical for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the performance of our extensive driver network, contributing to operational excellence across all service areas, including Stellenbosch, Western Cape. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing driver data related to efficiency, safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction, providing actionable insights to management and drivers alike. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly. Key Responsibilities
