Placements24 is seeking a Remote Driver Performance Analyst to monitor and optimize the performance of a national driver fleet using data from telematics and GPS sources.

You will build reports and dashboards, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and safety. Strong analytics, SQL/Python/R skills, and experience with fleet data are required, with a drive to work independently in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with telematics or GPS data is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and manage workload independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze driver performance data from telematics and GPS sources.
• Create reports and dashboards tracking efficiency, safety, and schedules.
• Identify underperforming areas and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with fleet managers to implement training and coaching.
• Monitor compliance with driving-hour regulations and safety protocols.
