Placements24 is seeking a Remote Driver Performance Analyst & Trainer to join its virtual operations team in South Africa. You will analyze driver performance data, identify improvement areas, and develop engaging training programs to enhance safety, efficiency, and compliance across the fleet.

The role emphasizes data-driven coaching, instructional design, and remote delivery of training content to drivers nationwide, contributing to operational excellence and driver development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years in driver training, performance analysis, or related role in transport/logistics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in telematics and fleet management software for data analysis.
• Excellent presentation and instructional design skills with engaging training content.

Responsibilities

• Analyze driver performance data from telematics, logs, and feedback systems to identify trends and development areas.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive driver training modules, online and virtual sessions.
• Provide personalized coaching to drivers to improve safety, fuel efficiency, and policy adherence.
• Create training materials: presentations, videos, and interactive e-learning content.
• Monitor driver compliance with regulations and company standards; report KPIs.
• Collaborate with fleet management and HR to address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, technologies, and training methodologies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on data.
