• Generate regular reports and dashboards summarizing driver performance metrics and trends.
• Identify areas of underperformance and recommend targeted interventions, training, or coaching strategies.
• Analyze accident and incident reports to identify root causes and contribute to safety improvement initiatives.
• Monitor driver compliance with company policies, regulations, and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations management to implement driver development programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Performance Analyst, or in a similar role within the transport or logistics industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with telematics and fleet management software (e.g., Geotab, Samsara, or similar).
• Understanding of driver behavior, safety regulations, and operational dynamics in transportation.
• Excellent report-writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple analytical projects in a fully remote environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Logistics, or a related analytical field is preferred.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
