Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in using telematics and fleet management software for data analysis.
• Excellent presentation and instructional design skills, with experience in creating engaging training content.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and influencing drivers remotely.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with South African transport regulations is a plus.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training delivery is highly desirable.
