Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve individual and divisional targets.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and market share in the assigned division.
• Oversee client relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment regulations and ethical practices.
• Report on divisional performance, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
