You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implement sourcing strategies, run background checks, and build a robust candidate pipeline while contributing to employer branding and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate setting.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities
