Placements24 is seeking a Remote Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter to drive equitable hiring across the organization. You will design inclusive sourcing strategies, partner with HR and leaders, and build relationships with underrepresented communities to attract a broad talent pool.

This remote role emphasizes bias mitigation, data-driven recruiting, and a welcoming candidate experience. You will champion D&I practices and help shape a diverse, representative workforce from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on Diversity & Inclusion.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates from underrepresented groups.
• Strong understanding of D&I principles and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on Diversity & Inclusion recruitment initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates from underrepresented groups.
• Deep understanding of D&I principles and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external D&I communities.
• Experience working effectively in a remote team environment.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and various sourcing tools, with an emphasis on D&I platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to track and report on D&I recruitment metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa.
