• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of distribution center management or senior logistics leadership.
• Experience managing multi-site distribution operations.
• Expertise with WMS and TMS systems.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
• Ability to lead remote teams and manage large budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for distribution center operations to achieve goals and KPIs.
• Oversee warehouse and inventory management for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of operations managers and staff.
• Implement and continuously improve operational processes using technology and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality control across facilities.
