Placements24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and optimize remote warehousing and logistics. You will lead a distributed team, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement to maintain safety, efficiency, and accuracy across all operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related logistics role.
• Demonstrated experience in operations management and team leadership, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and logistics best practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and dispatch.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse operational procedures and safety standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate a remote warehouse team to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
