You will develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and mentor a distributed team of supervisors and staff, while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• 10+ years in distribution centre management or senior logistics leadership.
• Experience with large-scale warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proven ability to lead a remote workforce.
• Expertise with WMS and logistics tech.

About the Role

This senior role will involve the overall management of the distribution centre, ensuring optimal performance in inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
