Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with substantial dispute resolution experience.
• Proven track record in civil/commercial disputes.
• Strong knowledge of procedural law and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation, arbitration, and mediation from start to finish.
• Draft and file claims, defenses, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and settlements.
• Advise on risks and best dispute resolution approaches.
• Negotiate settlements and draft settlement agreements.
