Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record in managing and resolving complex disputes.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficient with remote work technologies and maintaining client communication remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes and regulatory challenges.
• Conduct thorough legal research, analysis and strategy development for each case.
• Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other court documents with precision.
• Represent clients in court appearances, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Advise clients on legal risks and dispute resolution strategies.
