Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in dispute resolution and litigation.
• Proven track record in handling a variety of civil and commercial disputes.
• Strong understanding of procedural law, evidence, and relevant substantive law.
• Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and client counseling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and legal technology.
