Placements24 is seeking a visionary Lead Project Manager to steer digital transformation initiatives in a fully remote role. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and ensure delivery on time and within budget from anywhere.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, business, or related field.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification desirable.
8–10 years project management experience; 4+ years in digital transformation.
Proven success delivering large digital projects remotely.
Experience managing remote teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of multiple complex digital transformation projects remotely.
Define project scope, goals, and success criteria with executives.
Develop detailed plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
Manage budgets and track expenditures.
Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
Ensure clear communication among teams and leadership.
Oversee PMs and cross-functional teams.
Implement best practices for remote collaboration.
Monitor progress and adjust to meet deadlines.
Drive continuous improvement in PM processes.
