Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a visionary Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives in a remote-first environment. You will define strategies, manage roadmaps, and oversee execution of major digital programs that improve processes and customer experiences.

You will collaborate with business units and IT, drive change management, and ensure on-time delivery while balancing budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, CS or related field.
MBA or related master's degree is highly desirable.
8+ years in project management with a focus on digital transformation.
Experience leading large cross-functional digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
Lead planning, implementation and management of digital projects (AI, data analytics, customer tools).
Manage scope, budgets, resources and timelines.
Collaborate with business units, IT and external partners for integration.
Drive change management and digital adoption.
Identify and mitigate risks to minimize disruption.
Communicate progress to senior leadership regularly.
