Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Lead Project Manager to steer multiple digital transformation initiatives through remote leadership. You will own end-to-end delivery, define scope and success criteria, build plans, manage budgets, and guide cross-functional teams across geographies.

This role requires 8–10 years in PM, PMP/PRINCE2 preferred, and strong skills in agile and waterfall. You will optimize processes, report progress, and drive value in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• 8–10 years of project management experience with at least 4 years focused on digital transformation.
• Proven success in leading and delivering large-scale digital projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated experience managing remote teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple complex digital transformation projects remotely.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Oversee the work of project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Implement and refine project management best practices for remote team collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, report on status, and implement adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
