Placements24, a leading management consultancy, seeks a Digital Transformation Lead to steer remote, high-impact programs for global clients. You will shape digital strategy, oversee initiatives across AI, cloud, data analytics, and process re-engineering, and champion agile delivery while guiding executive stakeholders.

You will collaborate with C-suite leaders, drive organizational change, and build scalable digital capabilities.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in digital transformation consulting or senior digital leadership.
Proven success leading large-scale digital transformation programs from strategy to implementation.
Advanced knowledge of AI, Cloud, IoT, and Data Analytics.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding leadership and communication, with ability to influence senior executives.
Experience managing remote teams in distributed environments.

Responsibilities

Define and lead digital transformation strategies for clients.
Plan and execute digital initiatives, including technology adoption and process re-engineering.
Develop business cases and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
