Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote E-commerce Marketing Lead to shape and execute our online marketing strategy from Mossel Bay. You will drive acquisition, revenue, and brand visibility through integrated SEO, SEM, content, social media, and email campaigns.

The role requires strong leadership, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work autonomously within a distributed team to continuously optimize performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in e-commerce marketing with leadership/strategy experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that drive online sales.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, content, social media, and email campaigns.
• Lead paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social ads) to hit acquisition and revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend.
• Oversee creation of compelling marketing content ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign goals.
• Manage the e-commerce website's presence, focusing on UX, CRO, and traffic growth.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, delivering insights for continuous improvement.
