Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Qualifications

B2B sales experience with quota bearing roles.
2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiar with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Experience using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
