Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Digital Learning Facilitator to guide and support students in their online learning journeys, with a fully remote arrangement and based from Sandton. You will engage students in virtual classrooms, provide technical and academic support, and ensure a positive online learning experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, proven online facilitation experience, and proficiency with LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, IT or related field.
• Proven online learning facilitation experience.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms (Moodle/Blackboard/Canvas).
• Strong communication, problem-solving and remote work skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate online classes, webinars, and discussions to engage students.
• Provide technical and academic support for LMS users.
• Guide students through course materials and assignments.
• Monitor progress and address engagement issues proactively.
• Collaborate with educators to improve content and delivery.
• Give feedback on digital learning tools and effectiveness.
