Placements24 is seeking an Online Learning Facilitator to guide and support students through their online education journeys. This fully remote role involves acting as the primary contact for students, offering academic assistance, technical support, and motivational encouragement to ensure successful course completion.

You will facilitate online discussions, monitor progress, and collaborate with instructional designers to improve courses, all while maintaining a supportive and engaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• At least 3 years of online teaching or student support experience.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and online collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide personalised remote support.
• Experience guiding and motivating adult learners is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities
