Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Online Course Facilitator to guide students through their learning journeys in a remote setting, fostering an interactive online learning community and ensuring learners stay engaged and motivated.

You will moderate discussions, provide timely feedback on assignments and participation, respond to student inquiries, monitor progress, and collaborate with instructors to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience in online teaching or facilitation or student support.
• Strong understanding of online learning platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage learners in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate online learning activities, including discussion forums, live sessions, and group projects.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments and participation.
• Respond to student inquiries and provide support for course-related issues.
• Monitor student progress and engagement, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative online learning community.
