Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Digital Learning Facilitator to guide and support students in their online learning journeys, with a fully remote arrangement and based from Sandton. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate online classes, webinars, and discussion forums, ensuring active student participation and engagement.
• Provide technical assistance to students and instructors regarding the learning management system (LMS) and other digital tools.
• Offer academic support and guidance to students, helping them navigate course materials and assignments.
• Monitor student progress and engagement, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and instructors to refine online course content and delivery methods.
