Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing remote logistics teams and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with deep understanding of logistics software and systems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with external partners.
• Experience with supply chain optimization and inventory control strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of logistics and supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics costs and improve delivery times.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and carriers.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and manage risk within the supply chain.
