Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated DeFi Protocol Developer to join a fully remote, forward-thinking team. You will design, build, and optimize decentralized finance protocols, focusing on secure and scalable smart contracts and tokenomics.

The role involves deep engagement with smart contract development, testing, and integration across blockchain networks, in a remote-first environment that values collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and deploying DeFi protocols.
• Strong Solidity expertise.
• Knowledge of AMMs, liquidity pools and staking.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, secure, and gas-efficient smart contracts for DeFi applications.
• Develop core logic for lending, borrowing, trading, and yield farming protocols.
• Integrate protocols with various blockchain networks and emerging DeFi solutions.
• Conduct rigorous testing, simulation, and auditing of smart contract code.
• Collaborate with product teams to define and refine protocol features and user experience.
• Monitor protocol performance, identify risks, and implement necessary upgrades.
