Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a talented DeFi Developer to design, build, and deploy sophisticated DeFi protocols and applications. You will work on lending platforms, DEXs, and yield farming mechanisms, writing secure Solidity smart contracts and integrating with multiple networks.

A globally distributed team and remote options from Mossel Bay or other locations await. You will collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver user-friendly interfaces, while performing audits and testing to ensure security and

Qualifications

Experience building and deploying DeFi protocols on Ethereum.
Proficiency in Solidity and secure smart contract practices.
Understanding of tokenomics and DeFi primitives.
Experience with front-end interactions with smart contracts is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement core DeFi protocols such as lending platforms, decentralized exchanges, and yield farming mechanisms.
Write secure, efficient, and gas-optimized smart contracts using Solidity.
Integrate with various blockchain networks and oracles to ensure data accuracy and functionality.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive DeFi interfaces.
Conduct thorough testing and auditing of smart contracts to ensure security and prevent exploits.
