Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test robust smart contracts for decentralized financial protocols (e.g., lending, borrowing, exchanges).
• Implement and optimize tokenomics models and incentive mechanisms within DeFi protocols.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and security audits to ensure protocol integrity and prevent exploits.
• Research and integrate with various blockchain networks and layer-2 scaling solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and researchers to define protocol features and roadmaps.
• Monitor protocol performance and actively participate in governance proposals and discussions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and deploying DeFi protocols and smart contracts (Solidity preferred).

• Experience with blockchain development tools, frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle), and testing methodologies.
