Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and deploying DeFi protocols and smart contracts.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and DeFi concepts.
• Knowledge of smart contract security best practices and vulnerabilities.
• Experience with blockchain development tools and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test robust smart contracts for DeFi protocols (lending, borrowing, exchanges).
• Implement and optimize tokenomics models and incentive mechanisms.
• Conduct code reviews and security audits to ensure protocol integrity.
• Research and integrate with various blockchain networks and layer-2 solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and researchers to define features and roadmaps.
• Monitor protocol performance and participate in governance discussions.
