The role requires deep Solidity expertise, hands-on coding, and a track record in building scalable blockchain systems. This is a fully remote position with a high-impact, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering with 5+ years in blockchain and smart contracts.
• Experience leading engineering teams and technical mentorship.
• Proficiency in Solidity and DeFi protocols, with secure coding practices.
• Remote-first, fast-paced environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced DeFi protocols and smart contracts.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of blockchain engineers.
• Oversee architecture and implementation of secure, scalable blockchain solutions.
