Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or technical support role.

• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently, especially remotely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field is advantageous but not essential.
