Placements24 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a remote support team serving customers across Queenstown and beyond. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries by phone, email, and chat with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, accurate documentation in the CRM, and collaboration with other departments to resolve issues while maintaining a positive brand experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A patient and empathetic demeanor when interacting with customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
