Qualifications

• Authorized to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products/services.
• Provide clear and concise information to customers about our offerings.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify and elevate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
• Gather customer feedback and report common issues to the management team.
• Adhere to company policies and customer service standards.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
