You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly help via phone, email and chat while working entirely from home during the apprenticeship.

A comprehensive remote training program will equip you with product knowledge, communication skills and problem-solving techniques to excel.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to seniors or relevant departments when needed.
• Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
