Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, onboarding, training or account management.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and act as their primary contact.
• Support onboarding and training of new users and maintain regular communication.
• Conduct regular client visits and engagement sessions to understand operational needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients and introduce new features.
• Gather client feedback and translate it into insights for the development team.
