Job summary

AES Global is seeking a Business Operations Manager to bring order to complexity and scale our AgTech operations from the Western Cape. You will drive cross-functional alignment across Client Success, Product, Development, Sales and Administration to ensure commitments are delivered.

You will optimize processes, manage governance, and provide visibility on risks and client health, while owning delivery and onboarding in a remote-first setup with occasional in-office days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, highly organised and execution-driven.
• Strong communicator who can align different teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build systems, processes and operational discipline.
• Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems independently.
• Experience managing people, projects or cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of fruit-packhouse / agricultural operations (a must for this role).

Responsibilities

• Keep teams focused on the right priorities, and drive follow-through and accountability.
• Build and improve operational processes, systems and ways of working.
• Ensure key business administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Manage visibility on client health, risks and key issues.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Development, Client Success and Sales.
• Support client onboarding, agreements, renewals and service commitments.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them quickly.
