Job summary

AES Global, an established AgTech business, seeks a Customer Success Specialist to build strong client relationships and ensure customers derive real value from the platform. You will focus on client success, relationship management, and contribute to product demonstrations and gathering feedback.

The role offers remote work within South Africa, with travel to client sites. You’ll onboard and train users, run regular engagements, and translate client insights into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, onboarding, training or account management.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to clients.

We’re working with an established agricultural technology (AgTech) business, and they’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to build strong client relationships and make sure clients get real value from the platform.

The role focuses on client success and relationship management, with additional involvement in product demonstrations and gathering product feedback.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

• A qualification in Agriculture, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience in customer success, onboarding, training or account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, and comfort presenting products
• Fluency in both Afrikaans and English (a must)
• A valid driver’s licence and a willingness to travel to clients

Advantageous

• Experience in agriculture or agtech
• Agile-environment experience, and hardware / IT-support knowledge

Working model

Remote, within South Africa (Western Cape or Limpopo), with travel to clients.
