Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Success Advocate to join its fully remote team. Ideally based in or near Tembisa, Gauteng, you will support customers from home, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services and fostering long-term relationships.

You will guide clients through their journey, onboard new customers, monitor health, conduct check-ins, and collaborate with sales on upsell opportunities. Strong communication and self-discipline are essential in this remote role.

About the Role

Our client is expanding its global support network and is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Remote Customer Success Advocate to join their fully remote team. Based ideally in or near Tembisa, Gauteng, but working entirely from home, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our services.
