Job summary

Pavago is seeking a hands-on marketer to directly execute a marketing plan for a small portfolio of U.S.-based businesses. This role requires implementing email, SMS, newsletters, and CRM-based campaigns while building hyper-local strategies for a home services company and scaling to nationwide medical-related firms.

You will manage multiple projects across different companies, with a focus on reducing customer acquisition costs by increasing repeat business among existing customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running organic marketing campaigns (email, SMS/text, newsletters, database/CRM-based marketing).
• Experience marketing for a local or small business is a strong plus.
• Someone who can develop marketing strategy and execute it hands-on.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects across different companies at once.
• Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients/employers preferred.
• Experience with paid marketing (Google Ads, Google LSA, paid social).

Responsibilities

• Plan and run organic marketing campaigns (email, SMS/text, newsletters, CRM-based marketing).
• Build hyper-local marketing for a local home services business with zip-code targeting and guerrilla tactics.
• Help reduce CAC by increasing repeat business from past customers.
• Adapt marketing approaches across different business types—from local to nationwide.
• Work independently across multiple, unrelated businesses and switch context as needed.
