Remote Recruitment is hiring a Customer Success Manager and Executive Assistant to join fully remotely from South Africa. You will own the client onboarding journey, manage high-value cohorts, and provide top-level executive support to the founder.

The role combines client success, coaching support, and administrative leadership in a fast-paced UK-aligned environment. Full-time, remote, with clear progression into leadership.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in Customer Success or Account Management with executive support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting on Zoom to premium clients.
• Highly organized with proactive workload management.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to hold clients and internal teams accountable in a warm, professional tone.
• Proven ability to delegate and manage team resources rather than handling every task.
• High learning agility and interest in developing into coaching/leadership roles.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the client onboarding journey and be the main Slack contact for high-value cohorts.
• Track client engagement, progress, and satisfaction and follow up as needed.
• Review client property site submissions for data accuracy before escalation.
• Attend weekly group coaching calls, log actions, and coordinate deliverables.
• Provide Executive Assistant support to the founder: diary management, inbox triage, meeting prep.
• Assist with personal branding and content coordination to ensure visibility.
• Delegate routine tasks to the team assistant and maintain structured reporting.
