Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Customer Solutions Representative to join their fully remote team, supporting customers across regions including near East London. You will be the primary contact, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers to solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and proficient use of CRM/ticketing tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer support or solutions-oriented role, ideally remote.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software, ticketing systems, and remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with effective solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to products, services, and accounts.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
