Qualifications

• Organizational skills and ability to multitask remotely.
• Self-motivated and autonomous in a home office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer communications across channels.
• Provide timely, accurate solutions to inquiries.
• Proactively engage to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Educate customers on product features and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or service-related problems.
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM.
