Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join their fully remote team. You will engage customers across email, chat and social media, resolve inquiries on first contact, and act as a brand ambassador.

You’ll need exceptional English written and verbal communication, empathy and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Experience in a helpdesk or customer support role is advantageous, with a focus on delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service, preferably remote.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with online communication tools and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet metrics remotely.
• Strong empathy and desire to help customers succeed.
• Experience in a helpdesk environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media with a focus on first-contact resolution.
• Provide detailed product information and technical assistance to customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, documenting solutions in the support platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support users.
