You will design, develop, and deliver interactive modules, videos, and simulations for diverse learners, collaborating with SMEs to ensure clarity and impact.

The ideal candidate has a relevant bachelor's degree and a strong portfolio, with expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and multimedia production.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Learning Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop engaging digital learning content, e-learning modules, videos, and simulations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into learning materials.
• Create instructional design documents, storyboards, and learning objectives.
• Utilize authoring tools and multimedia tech to produce high-quality assets.
• Ensure content aligns with pedagogy, accessibility, and learning outcomes.
• Evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
