About the Role

Our client, a global leader in online education services, is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Curriculum Designer to develop engaging and effective learning content for their innovative online platforms. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, structuring, and creating comprehensive course materials, assessments, and learning activities that align with learning objectives and adult learning principles. This role requires a creative individual passionate about designing impactful online learning experiences for a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, high-quality curriculum for online courses, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes.
• Create comprehensive course content, including instructional text, multimedia elements, interactive activities, and assessments.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective and learner-centered experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate their knowledge into accessible online learning modules.
• Develop a variety of assessment types to measure learner comprehension and skill acquisition.
• Ensure all curriculum materials adhere to quality standards, branding guidelines, and accessibility requirements.
• Work with the development team to implement and test course content on the learning management system (LMS).
• Stay current with trends and best practices in online learning, instructional design, and educational technology.
• Manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines effectively.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of online course design and delivery strategies.

Requirements
