This role is central to ensuring the efficient and high-quality execution of all culinary aspects for their catering events. You will be responsible for detailed planning, resource allocation, menu execution coordination, and quality assurance, working closely with chefs, operations teams, and event managers to guarantee seamless culinary delivery for clients across various locations. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence culinary operations without the need for physical presence at event sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed culinary operational plans for all catering events, ensuring alignment with menu requirements and client expectations.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff on ingredient sourcing, preparation schedules, and execution timelines to ensure optimal workflow.
• Manage and monitor food production processes and quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of taste and presentation.

Requirements
