Placements24 is seeking a diligent Remote Courier Services Coordinator to manage and optimize delivery operations across the Eastern Cape. This fully remote role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate a network of couriers and drivers from a home office.

You will dispatch, track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards for clients, using digital tools and clear communication with drivers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in courier services, dispatch, or logistics coordination is essential.
• Proficiency with delivery management software and GPS tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Strong remote communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively from a remote location.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operations for a courier network, assigning deliveries to available drivers.
